The story of a girl who loves Quran |
There was a girl who loved reciting the Holy Quran. Whenever she had time, she would recite the Qur'an. She always had a small Qur'an in his bag. Even sitting in the car she would read the Qur'an! Her recitation was so sweet that the stone-like mind would melt. She would start reading the Qur'an when she woke up at night.
One day the girl died. The mother lost her beloved daughter and became crazy. Suddenly one night the mother dreamed of her daughter and she woke up. Suddenly her mother heard crying from her daughter's room. She did not go to that room in fear, the next morning. She told the incident to the girl's father. But he didn't believe her. Next day night again her mother heard the sound of crying. Then she called the girl's father. The girl's father also got scared hearing the sound.
A person skilled in recitation of the Qur'an is associated with angels of high rank.
Then in the morning, he told this incident to the imam of the mosque. The imam stayed at the girl's house overnight to verify this incident. Before one o'clock in the night, everyone heard the sound of crying. It seemed that many people were crying together. Then the imam also started crying and said. "It is the sound of the angels crying! The girl used to recite the Qur'an at this time every night. The angels used to come here to hear it. Now not seeing the girl, they come and cry every night at this time.
Hadith
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said,
'Aishah reported the Prophet (saw) as saying:
One who is skilled in the Qur'an is associated with the noble, upright recording angels, and he who falters when he recites the Qur'an and finds it difficult for him will have a double reward.
Sunan Abi Dawud, 1454
May Allah grant us all the ability to recite the Qur'an in this way. Ameen
